Preparation
Please note that:

Before any blood test, it is imperative to have in your possession a prescription by an authorized health professional (doctor or medical resident, nurse, pharmacist, dentist, midwife).

Photo ID issued by a government agency will be required at the time of the appointment (example: driver's license).

Contact us by phone to make an appointment or via our website to book an appointment online. The analysis costs will be confirmed to you when you make an appointment. You will not be charged any fees for opening a file or sending results.

Our costs are payable at the time of delivery and may be reimbursed by your group insurance, if it includes the reimbursement clause for laboratory analysis costs, ask your insurance.

A certified nursing assistant member of the OIIAQ welcomes you at our branch, explains the steps of the procedure and takes the sample on site.

We accept the following payment methods: Debit, Visa, Master Card, American express, check, post-dated checks and cash. A receipt and an invoice will be given to you on site and will be used to make the claim to your insurance.

Your results will be sent to you and your requesting physician digitally. In addition, a telephone follow-up service of your results by our doctor or clinical nurse is also offered free of charge!
Protocole
Depending on the analyzes to be done, a preparation protocol must be followed if necessary. Pharmaceutical or nutritional restrictions, fasting periods, and smoking / alcohol free periods are indicated for some tests. You can refer to your prescribing doctor for information. You can also have information about your tests by clicking on the button below.
For analyzes requiring a fast before sampling: • No food including chewing gum. • No drink except plain water or alcohol. • You can take your medication.
