The cost of analyzes will be confirmed when you make an appointment. You will not be charged any fees for opening a file or sending any results. An appointment confirmation is given by email or text message.<\/li>\n<li>A staff member will contact you to explain the protocols to follow, if applicable. The preparations of the analyzes are available here <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dynacare.ca\/find-a-test.aspx?sr=QUE\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Our fees are payable during the service and may be reimbursed by your insurance group, if the reimbursement clause for laboratory analysis costs is included.<\/li>\n<li>A certified nurse, member of the OIIAQ will welcome you to our branch, will explain the steps of the procedure and then proceed with the on-site sampling.<\/li>\n<li>We accept the following payment methods: Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, check, post-dated checks and cash. A receipt and invoice will be provided and can be used to make the claim to your insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Your results will be transmitted digitally to you and your physician. Moreover, a follow-up telephone service of your results by our doctor or our nurse is also offered for free!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>PROTOCOLS<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on the type of analysis to be done, a protocol of preparation is to be followed if necessary.<br \/>\nPharmaceutical or nutritional restrictions, fasting periods and periods to not use tobacco\/alcohol are indicated for certain tests.
